Well my partner has given me a hard no on the housewife option so I would be doing something regarding food. I love to cook and feed people so something that would allow me to do both would be great.
What do you love most about being a coach?
So many things! I feel lucky to get to meet great people and build genuine friendships with members and co- workers . I love seeing someone join us and go from being a bit nervous to getting excited about doing things they never imagined were physically possible for them. Being in an environment where adults have some fun and learn new things like handstands when we usually stop “playing” as kids. Also, getting to jump into class and train with the people I coach!

If you could name a workout and name it after yourself it would be and why?
We did this in London at my previous gym, and my workout was called ‘La Fiesta” (I’m Mexican). It was 5 rounds, for time of 10 hang power snatch, 15 handstand push ups, and 30 double unders. Everyone knows snatch is my favorite lift, hspu are great for my short arms, and who doesn’t enjoy double unders.
