1. NUTRITION

Ask yourself: Have I fuelled my body to be at my peak today?

Nutrition places an important role not only in helping you achieve your body composition and fitness goals but also your longevity, overall health, energy and your brain chemistry to improve your mental acuity and focused energy. Fuel your body with nutrient-dense food to be at your best physically, mentally and emotionally.

2. MOVEMENT

Ask yourself: Have I moved my body today?

Movement is in our DNA we are designed to move, without it all sorts of health and disease problems can proliferate. Without movement, we are not the same!

3. MOBILITY

Flexibility/Mobility is often a neglected component of many fitness programs, however, this is the most important and what a lot of people need most! The popularity of Yoga has boomed over the last few years and for good reason – many are finding Yoga a necessity to undo the postural issues that become present due to the time spent hunched over a computer. Get some Yoga and daily mobility into your life, your body will thank you for it.

4. SLEEP

Improving sleep quality and quantity is one of the most underutilised protocols for improving our health and body composition.

5. H20

Usually, the first step when addressing our nutrition is to look at what needs to be taken out. For many the best place to start is to look at what needs to be put back in, H2O is a priority. Dr Bob Rakowski (one of the world’s leading functional medicine doctors) believes the first step to enhancing fat loss is proper hydration.

6. GRATITUDE

COMPLAIN LESS, APPRECIATE MORE. Feed the positive dog…negativity be gone! When putting my 2 beautiful kids – Charlie and Milton to bed to help cultivate gratitude with them I like to ask these questions and they ask me in return:

  • What was the best part of your day?
  • What am I grateful for today?
  • What did you do good for somebody today?
  • What did somebody do good for you today?
  • What did you learn today?
