About the Wim Hof Method
The Wim Hof Method is a simple, yet powerful method based on the foundation of three pillars; Breathing, Cold Therapy and Commitment. It’s the combination of these three elements that make the Wim Hof Method uniquely powerful, which we are excited to share.
By focusing on our breathing we are able to relax and lower our stress level. The breathing technique taught is all about controlled inhaling followed by holding breath for a specific time. Thi sis followed by a similar pattern of exhalation.
Proper exposure to the cold starts a cascade of health benefits, including the buildup of brown adipose tissue and resultant fat loss, reduced inflammation that facilitates a fortified immune system, balanced hormone levels, improved sleep quality, and the production of endorphins— the feel good chemicals in the brain that naturally elevate your mood.
Commitment leads to a more rewarding outlook on life. People with a stronger mindset tend to be happier, more positive when dealing with stress and enjoy better relationships and careers.

Your Instructor - Danielle Smith
Danielle who is based in the Gold Coast Australia has worked in the health and wellness industry for nearly a decade as a Movement Coach, massage therapist and breathing coach in health retreats, corporate companies and professional sport.
Danielle has a real zest for life and passion for understanding the human body and mind and how stress can affect the body. She believes that life is about love and connection – connection to nature, to ourselves and to each other and is vital in optimal health.
Danielle has studied and explored a range of modalities and in all of her studies she undertook she felt there was something missing – a tool that would really give you control over your mind and body. She then discovered the Wim Hof method – and knew that this the missing link that she had been searching for– the magic that she was waiting for. She lives and breaths this method and used this method to overcome her own struggles with anxiety and depression. Her mission is to help share the WHM with as many people as possible all over the world.
Whether its working with athletes for performance and recovery, Corporates for stress management or people just wanting to take control of their health she will provide you with a safe and supportive environment and give you the tools to help you reach your full potential of happiness, health and strength.
