Lifestyle program participants will receive a custom A5 magnetic accountability tracker to place on your fridge to help you track your habits and harness the power of habit stacking for long-term results, along with regular accountability emails throughout your 30 days to help you check in and stay on track.

Start your lifestyle transformation with comprehensive testing that provides a solid baseline to measure your progress.

Included in the program is a body composition scan using our InBody Body Composition Analyser. This provides you with a comprehensive analysis of your body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, muscular development, total body water, and much more.

You’ll also have a Performance Coach assist you in measuring your strength and performance using Technogym Biostrength equipment and VALD performance testing equipment; cutting-edge technology that delivers precise, personalised fitness insights, as well as some cardio fitness testing too.

    The 30-day Lifestyle Program begins on the 3rd of February. With everyone participating at the same time, you will feel the excitement and support of your fellow members.

  • How do I organise my in-body scan?

    Keep an eye on your emails – we will send you a link to book this in once you sign up.

  • When are the fitness testing days?
