Qualifications: Certificate 3 and 4 Master Trainer
Experience: I have worked for over 4 years as a qualified personal trainer, a strength and conditioning specialist and have spent 2 years specialising in female body sculpting & conditioning.
I have always been interested in health and fitness, the first time I started training and playing around with weights I was still in school around the age of 15 and I joined an old school type of gym. I absolutely loved it. That’s when I started to become ‘addicted’, and knew I wanted to help others in whatever it is there strength and fitness goals were.
Coaching Philosophy: There are a lot of different training philosophies out there, my best advice to all my clients is if you train hard, eat clean and keep everything consistent you are guaranteed amazing results. Your training regime shouldn’t be a chore or hassle, it should be an exciting lifestyle change with positive and great results leading to a better ‘you’. You also influence others around you to do the same.
Not only does it physically change you, but the amount of mental strength you gain is also a massive part.
I believe you can never stop learning, which is why I spend hours learning from some of the best out there and experiencing different training techniques from other top coaches around the country, even overseas.
