I am originally from the land of the long white cloud (New Zealand) and have now lived in Australia for the 5 years.
After finishing an extensive competitive sports background due to injury, I found myself in the Construction Industry and Project Management. It took me a few years but I figured out that that wasn’t my purpose in this lifetime & so I decided to take the plunge, quit the well-paying, comfortable job and pursue my passion of helping people achieve Wellness.
I have worked with a lot of people from different backgrounds, from PNG rugby league players to powerlifters to mums and dads, and I thoroughly enjoy working with a variety of people in pursuit of making them better than they were yesterday.
I pride myself on upskilling and developing my knowledge in all areas of Wellness by attending training camps, certifications and courses on a regular basis so I can pass my knowledge onto my clients who, in-turn, will hopefully pass this onto their close friends and family.

I very much believe that in this day and age a holistic approach to overall Wellness is required to achieve an optimal lifestyle. I also like to encourage people to get out of their comfort zone and try something they haven’t done before, whether it’s 3 ball juggling, handstands, meditation/breath work/yoga, hot & cold therapy, periods of fasting and so on. I believe the biggest transformations and breakthroughs are achieved outside of your comfort zone.

I also believe all training styles have there place in developing ultimate all round human performance and therefore structure my programming to include mobility work, skill work (handstands & juggling), strength and force work including powerlifting and olympic lifting movements, body building (hypertrophy), gymnastics and metabolic conditioning, to give a broad overview.
