I have always had a passion for health & fitness and from my experience of leading troops through challenging conditions, I know what hard work is!

Qualifications:

  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness & Personal Training
  • BioSignature Level 1
  • Australian Strength & Conditioning Level 1
  • Army Unit Physical Trainer
  • Les Mills Personal Trainer
  • NZRFU Principles of Rugby Coaching

Experience:

As an active kid, Brad was always involved in team sports but he truly developed an appreciation and passion for health and fitness when he joined the Army. As well as actively serving in East Timor, Bosnia and Afghanistan, it was during his time in the Army that he commenced study toward obtaining formal qualifications in the health and fitness industry. Brad became a Performance Coach as he was seeking more than just a job and he dedicates plenty of time to ensure that he is continually learning to achieve the best practice. Clients of Brad’s will tell you that he has a special knack for relating to them, as he has a way of getting inside their head and knowing what makes them tick. Armed with this knowledge he has helped people to achieve their health and fitness goals across a wide variety of situations whether it be to help them be job ready, lose weight, gain lean muscle, increase fitness or rehabilitate. Throughout his career he has worked with soldiers, high court judges, students, professionals, tradesmen, CEOs, and pregnant women. Personally, Brad believes in contributing to a future where it is the social norm that people have a healthy lifestyle and care about their bodies as they’re acutely aware that it’s the only one they have, eating well and staying active for their entire life.  It’s not something that people have to think too much about, it just is. When he’s not working tirelessly at achieving results for his clients in the gym, Brad enjoys time off with his family – especially at the beach!

But what I have also learnt is that the key is to do things smarter.  Both my life, and fitness industry experience, have put me in great stead as a Performance Coach. I want to teach you how to train, eat well and improve your lifestyle.
