We are delighted to announce that from the 1st of March, Katie Dickens will be running a selection of her Transform Method classes at Function Well on a 4 week trial basis. Be sure get along to support the classes if you would like to see them permanently added to our timetable!
As a qualified pilates instructor, personal trainer, choreographer, and dance teacher, Katie’s passion is to inspire people to achieve their health and fitness goals, and the body they’ve always desired.
Katie has created the Transform Method to help her clients build energy, strength, muscle, agility and positivity. Her classes are a unique combination of disciplines like ballet, theraband, pilates and stretch, as well as cardio-based dance workouts.
Initially, Katie will be offering the following two Transform Method classes here at Function Well:
1. Barre Method @ 5.30am Tuesday
If you’re looking to increase fitness, improve your muscle tone and flexibility, get greater coordination, power, stamina, and long lean muscle then this full body toning workout is for you! This method takes the best of pilates, ballet and theraband to give you improved strength and a graceful posture. No dance experience required.
2. Dance Cardio @ 6.00pm Thursday
Get your groove on! Increase stamina and get toned in this unique workout. Not only will you improve your coordination, mobility, and flexibility, you’ll also lose weight and have such a great time, you’ll hardly notice you’re working out! Fun, fast, easy-to-follow routines to dance music that will get your adrenalin pumping and your heart rate up for ultimate fitness. Are you ready to try something different?
