Overheating is intentional over-training for a short 10 day period. Essentially, we send the body into a mild state of fatigue, forcing rest then the body overcompensates… aka results through Christmas!
During the silly season, you face undoing all your hard work in the gym and potentially coming back after the holidays in a worse state. We’ve all been there!
There’s the option to train once or twice a day. I work with all participants to create a schedule that works for everyone. The bulk of the sessions are strength/ resistance based with a couple of conditioning sessions. Training in small groups, the program creates awesome culture and hype, I absolutely love it!
This year, for the first time, the program is open to everyone! That’s right, you don’t have to be a coaching client, or even a member.
OVERHEATING 2017 will run from Monday the 11th of December to Thursday the 21st of December – get involved!
