Legend of the Month – September

Congratulations to our September Legend of the Month – Xanny Christophersen

 

It has been a fantastic experience training Xanny. She started in January 2017 with Crossfit and Personal Training – zero mobility and not much strength. I still laugh at the moment when I tried to teach her Overhead Squats and my face literally dropped as I was seeing her attempting to squat with the wooden stick in hands… It felt like mission impossible. With her dedication and time invested working on mobility and strength she is now making OH Squats look easy!! She also improved her running from over 7 min block run to now 4 mins.

Xanny has been in the gym consistently 6-7 days a week (sometimes twice a day) applying all of what Function Well has to offer – Crossfit, Yoga, Group Conditioning Classes and Personal Training. She has been on point of nutrition, prepping up each of her meals with precision. As a personal trainer, I can tell you Xanny is the perfect client – her dedication and positive energy is inspiring and contagious.

Xanny is the walking proof of how as a Function Well member you can apply all principles we are teaching – strength, cardio, mobility, nutrition, recovery – and achieve amazing health and fitness results.
