Legendary Client of the Month – July


Philippe has been a client of mine for the last year. When he started with me he was suffering debilitating back pain that severely impacted his ability to move comfortably. He had a simple goal of wanting to feel better and loose a few kilos. Much to my dismay, when I spoke with him about the odds of him cutting back on certain foods, he said there was 0% chance he would stop eating bread, cheese and red wine, and just wanted to focus on training hard.

However, over the course of the next year he started to see the relevance of controlling his food intake whilst sticking to his specific exercise program religiously, he started to see results happening much faster. Now he has lost nearly 10kg and is able to run and do countless activities and exercises that would have once been impossible for him. I can think of no one that deserves it more, your enthusiasm and great attitude towards exercise is a fantastic example of how much exercise and diet can positively influence every aspect of your life. Congratulations Philippe!
