John has been training consistently 4-5 days per week since a major shoulder surgery, a little over one year ago.
In the early days post surgery he could barely lift his arm above his head, and now 18 months on he is able to complete sets of full range, chest to ground push ups with no struggle at all.
His results have been truly outstanding and he always turns up to every gym session with a positive & winning attitude, no matter how tough or busy his day may be.
John runs a successful business & is constantly on the go, however, he always manages to put in the work & never leaves the gym without giving 110%.
He has managed to drop over 6% body fat, gained a large amount of strength, & his mobility has improved immensely.
Overall, he is turning into an absolute weapon and there’s no chance of slowing down any time soon.
