Training with friends is a great way to help motivate yourself and take your training to a new level. Working out in a team has many benefits which include fewer skipped workouts, pushing yourself harder, stepping out of your comfort zone to try new exercises and avoid cutting your workout short. All these aspects combined mean a more fun and motivating training environment, as well as optimal results.
