The Transform Method

A qualified Pilates instructor, personal trainer, choreographer, and dance teacher, Katie Dickens’ passion is to inspire people to achieve their best body and those fitness goals they’ve always desired. Katie created the Transform Method to help her clients build energy, strength, agility and positivity. Her classes are a unique combination of disciplines like ballet, theraband, pilates and stretch, as well as cardio-based and dance workouts.

Barre Method

This method takes the best of pilates, ballet and theraband to give you improved strength and a graceful posture.

Dance Cardio

Get your groove on! Fun, fast, easy-to-follow routines to dance music that will get your adrenalin pumping and your heart rate up for ultimate fitness gains. So much fun you will hardly notice you’re working out!

Deep Stretch Recovery

Take a break from high-intensity exercise and stretch that stress out of your life. This deep stretch method will not just improve your circulation, posture, recovery and tone, but help improve your state of mind.

Full body method

An intense full-body workout that is still heaps of fun. For those who want something more intense, this unique training method combines dance, free weights and Pilates. You’ll find it tightening, toning and strengthening for your whole body.
